You are able to return any product in NEW, resalable condition within the original packaging up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. you will need to cover shipping charges and will be refunded via the order payment method
Wrong Item Sent:
If you received a different item than what you ordered, please contact us via email at Admin@Stilyo.com with your name & order number, attach a photo of the wrong item and we'll ship the correct one as soon as possible.
If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.
